Driving Directions to Water Oak Advisors
From Orlando International Airport
- Take S.R. 436 (Semoran Boulevard) north to S.R. 408 (also known as East-West Expressway).
- Go west on this toll road ($.75) to the Rosalind Ave. exit.
- Coming off the exit ramp, merge onto South Street (a one-way street).
- Continue west on South Street past Orange Ave. and turn left onto Boone Ave.
- Turn right into the parking garage.
From Disney/Tampa
- Take Interstate 4 east to downtown Orlando.
- Exit at South Street and bear to the right.
- Turn right onto Boone Avenue.
- Turn right into the parking garage.
From North Orlando/Daytona
- Take Interstate 4 west to downtown Orlando.
- Exit at Anderson St. and turn left.
- Make a left turn at Boone Ave.
- Turn left into the parking garage.
When you enter the parking garage:
Take a ticket at the gate in order to get into the garage (bring the ticket into the building so that our receptionist can validate it for you.) Park anywhere in the garage that does not say “Reserved.” Please note that spaces on the 1st and 2nd floors marked “Visitor Parking” allow a maximum of 2-3 hours only!
Take the garage elevator to the 3rd floor pedestrian bridge leading to the CNL Tower I. Walk across the bridge into the CNL building and stop at the Security desk to get a visitor’s badge. Security will direct you to the Water Oak Advisors corporate offices located on the 4th floor.
